Goals
SNP is an educational & therapeutic intervention program.
As an early intervention program it is designed to meet individual needs -
to reinforce strengths and remediate weaknesses. The goal is to
provide an alternative for children whose special needs interfere with
their progress in typical school settings.
SNP offers a developmental & individualized academic curriculum adapted to
meet the needs of all students, with or without disabilities. Each
child progresses at his/her own pace & is challenged at his/her own level
in each of the curricular areas. The goal for each child is to
progress as far as possible in social, academic, language, & motor skills;
to gain as much independence as possible; and to develop an "I can"
attitude toward future learning.
